At night, Hrothgar (Cotton) has a vision of a beautiful woman (Roberts)
coming to him in his sleep and forcing herself on top of him. Through these
visions he also sees two women standing by a balcony, one with a baby.
"It's almost finish my love" the beautiful woman whispers, but it is his
dream that is finished. Of course the woman means the conception
of this phantom child will soon be complete, yet Hrothgar is never given
a chance to "finish" in these dreams.
